Blogs are everywhere but I do not know exactly what they are. I should have searched around. Today I learned what they are and what we could do with them on the http://www.commoncraftshow.com/ . The world blog like so many new technological lingo is web log or weblog for short. This show is nice especially for people like me who like to learn something quick when I need to. So, on this show it explained what a blog was in three minutes.
The summary of this wonderful show is that a weblog basically changed media. Media can now be by us. Reporters are no longer only people on news teams or newspaper teams. Not only that is that we can have news that some may not be interested in. These subcategories could include knitting.
How do you say it works? It works by you getting your own blog and you can go http://www.blogger.com/ or http://www.wordpress.com/ . There are blog posts and your own archive like a newspaper. Its easy to find. You could also find other bloggers and join their groups. You quote,link or read their blogs. You could find others on google and http://www.technorati.com/ .
Now its up to you to decide what to do. This sounds interesting to me. There might be people interested in finding old computers to donate. More people could give me ideas and resources. Its like a better version of a newspaper that is digital,free and resourceful. The show is simple and direct.
